Delete your data
Clean slate, step by step
Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town: Snow Clear keep your progress on your phone. Zombie Invasion 3D, if you use Google Play Games, keeps some of it in your Google account; Plow Town has no account and no sign-in, and Google Play keeps its purchases. Zombie Arena 3D, which is played online, keeps your account and your game on our server. The ads libraries of Google (in Zombie Invasion 3D also Unity) and Firebase (analytics and crash reports, and in Zombie Arena 3D performance reports) send data to Google too, the ads libraries even if you never watch an ad; Zombie Arena 3D has no ads. Here is how to remove each piece, and what each step removes. You do not need to ask us for most of it.
-
The save on your phone
Uninstall the game. Or keep it and clear its data:
Settings › Apps › Zombie Invasion 3D (or Plow Town) › Storage › Clear storage
The words differ a little from phone to phone. This deletes your progress on that phone for good. Zombie Invasion 3D can bring it back only if Play Games has a copy (step 2). Plow Town has no cloud copy and Android's backup is off for it, so nothing can bring it back; its purchases do come back (step 4). Zombie Arena 3D keeps your game on our server, not on your phone: uninstalling it or clearing its data does not delete your account (step 5).
-
Zombie Invasion 3D: your Play Games data
This removes the game's achievements, your leaderboard scores and your saved games from your Play Games profile. (Plow Town does not use Play Games.)
- Open your Google Play Games settings (in the Play Games app: your profile picture, then Settings).
- Choose Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under the individual games, find Zombie Invasion 3D and delete its data. Or delete your whole Play Games profile, for every game.
Google runs Play Games. Its menus can move between versions of Android and of the Play Games app; Google's help pages describe the current ones.
-
Zombie Invasion 3D: only the cloud copy of your save
The copy lives in a hidden folder of your Google Drive that only the game can open. On a computer:
drive.google.com › Settings (the gear) › Manage apps › Zombie Invasion 3D › Options › Delete hidden app data
-
Plow Town: your purchases
Purchases (No Ads, the Starter Pack, paint jobs) belong to your Google account, and Google Play keeps the record. Uninstalling the game does not delete them: after a reinstall, SETTINGS › RESTORE PURCHASES gives them back. To ask for a refund or to see your orders, open Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history. We never see your card or payment details.
-
Zombie Arena 3D: your account
Zombie Arena 3D keeps your account on our server. To delete it, open the game, tap your name on the home screen, then:
PROFILE › DELETE ACCOUNT › type DELETE
It is deleted at once, for good: your player ID, name, player tag, login, password and recovery code; your trophies, gold, gems, serum, heroes, outfits, gun skins, crates, the Survivor Pass and everything you bought with real money; your friends, your blocks and your places on the leaderboards; your country, language and phone model. What stays, with no player ID or name: the records of past matches (the other players' results need them), of rewards and their random rolls, of purchases (for refunds and fraud checks) and of the reports you made; reports about you lose your name. Our server's backups age out within 30 days. Deleting the account refunds nothing: your orders stay in Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history, and refunds are Google Play's. See the privacy policy.
Uninstalling the game or clearing its data does not delete the account, so delete it in the game first. No game at hand? Write to us (the last step) with your player tag (it is under your name on the home screen, and at the bottom of SETTINGS), or with your login if you saved the account. We may ask for something only the account's owner knows, such as its recovery code, and then delete it; we never ask for your password. A guest account that never finished a match is forgotten by itself an hour after it last connected.
-
Ads: your choice and your advertising ID
Zombie Invasion 3D shows an ad when you tap for one (a free revive, double rewards) and a full-screen one at a few breaks in the story; Plow Town shows full-screen ads between levels, a banner, an ad when you come back and videos you choose to watch. Google AdMob serves them, in Zombie Invasion 3D some of them through Unity Ads; Zombie Arena 3D has no ads. The ads libraries run once ads are allowed and load ads in advance, so they talk to Google (and Unity) even if you never watch one. Two things are yours to change:
- Your consent (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever Google shows its privacy message): in the game's settings, PRIVACY (ADS) in Zombie Invasion 3D, PRIVACY OPTIONS in Plow Town, opens Google's message again. Refuse, and the ads are no longer personalised. The button is shown only where Google has a message for your country or state.
- Your advertising ID, which the ads use:
Settings › Privacy › Ads › Delete advertising ID
On some phones it is under Settings › Google › Ads. Deleting it means apps get no advertising ID and ads are not personalised with it; Reset gives the phone a new one instead. What Google and Unity keep from the ads is under their own policies, and we receive only totals.
-
Analytics and crash reports
In Zombie Invasion 3D and Zombie Arena 3D, to stop them, turn off analytics in the game. One switch stops both:
SETTINGS › ANALYTICS › OFF
In Zombie Arena 3D the switch does not stop its performance reports (how smoothly the game runs on your phone) in the current version; uninstalling the game does. Plow Town has no such switch. In any of the games, what was already sent is tied to a random ID for your installation of the game, not to your name, your email or your Google account, so we cannot pick out yours; it deletes itself: analytics event data after 2 months (Plow Town's copy in our BigQuery project after up to 12 months), crash reports after 90 days, Zombie Arena 3D's performance reports at the end of Firebase's own period. Uninstalling a game ends that ID. If you can tell us what to look for, write to us (the last step) and we will delete it. See the privacy policy.
-
Plow Town: reminders
The reminders are made on your phone and nothing about them is sent anywhere. To stop them:
Settings › Apps › Plow Town › Notifications › Off
-
Anything else: ask us
Write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my data and tell us what you would like deleted, including any emails you have sent us. For Plow Town, add the Support ID from the game's settings if you have it; for Zombie Arena 3D, your player tag. We answer within one month, and we never ask for your password.
What Google keeps about you outside our games, such as your Google account itself, is managed by Google at myaccount.google.com. The website srggaming.com keeps nothing about you to delete: it sets no cookies and shows no ads.
