1Who we are
This policy covers our three mobile games for Android, Zombie Invasion 3D (package name com.srggaming.zombieinvasion3d), Plow Town: Snow Clear (package name com.srggaming.plowtown) and Zombie Arena 3D (package name com.srggaming.zombiearena3d), and the website srggaming.com. All four are made by SRG Gaming, a game studio in North Macedonia (SRG D.O.O.E.L., Skopje). We decide why and how the information described here is used, which makes us its "controller" under data protection law. For the ads in the games, Google and Unity decide how they use the data their ads libraries collect, and are controllers of that data too (section 6).
Where this policy says "the game", it means any of the games; what only one or two of them do is marked with their names. Zombie Arena 3D is the only one played online with other people, and the only one with an account on our own server: section 8 is about it.
Questions about your data: [email protected].
2What we collect, and why
Everything the games and the website touch, in one table. The sections after it explain each row.
| What | Why | Where it goes | How long | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zombie Invasion 3D: your game progress: level, money, items, weapons, quests, achievements, statistics, settings | To keep your game from one session to the next | Stays on your phone, in the game's private storage. It is not sent to us. | Until you clear the game's data or uninstall it | Contract: it is how the game you asked for works |
| Plow Town: your game progress: level, coins, keys, upgrades, the plows and paints you own, stars, settings, a record of what you bought, counters the game keeps for its ads and reminders, and a random Support ID | To keep your game from one session to the next | Stays on your phone, in the game's private storage. It is not sent to us, and Android's automatic backup is switched off for the game. | Until you clear the game's data or uninstall it | Contract: it is how the game you asked for works |
| Zombie Arena 3D: your account: a random player ID, a secret key that signs your phone in, a public player tag, the name you choose (until then "Survivor" and three digits), and, only if you save the account, a login, a password and a recovery code | To give you an account, keep it yours, and show you to the other players | Our own server (section 8). The key, the password and the recovery code are kept there only as hashes. Other players see your name and tag. | Until you delete the account. A guest that never finished a match is forgotten an hour after it last connected. | Contract: it is how the online game you asked for works |
| Zombie Arena 3D: your game on our server: trophies, gold, gems, serum, heroes, outfits, crates, quests, the Survivor Pass, a record of every reward and the random roll behind it, your matches (mode, map, hero, team, result, takedowns, zombies killed, damage), friends, friend requests and blocks; also your country, your phone's model and its language | To run the game: your progress, fair matches, the leaderboards, friends and parties. The phone's model keeps Google's test devices off the leaderboards. | Our own server. Your country comes from Cloudflare, which works it out from your IP address, or else from your phone's region setting. Your IP address is used only while you are connected, and is neither stored nor logged. | Until you delete the account. The match records and the record of rewards stay after that, with no player ID or name, while the game runs. Backups age out within 30 days. | Contract; for the records that stay after a deletion, legitimate interests: the other players' results and checks against cheating |
| Zombie Arena 3D: reports you make: the player, and why (their name, cheating, standing still, or something else) | To deal with cheating and with names that break the rules | Our own server | While the game runs. A report you made stays, without your player ID, after you delete your account; a report about you loses your name. | Legitimate interests: keeping the game fair and safe |
| Zombie Arena 3D: purchases: the product, the time, Google's purchase token and order number, the country Google gives for the purchase, and what the game gave you for it | To check with Google that a purchase is real, give you what you bought exactly once, and take it back if the purchase is refunded | Google Play takes the payment; our server asks Google about the purchase and keeps the record. Your card or payment details never reach us. Analytics records the product and its price. | While the game runs; without your player ID once you delete your account. Your Google Play order history for as long as Google keeps it. | Contract; for the records that stay after a deletion, legitimate interests: refunds and fraud |
| Zombie Invasion 3D: your Play Games profile: player ID, display name, profile picture | To sign you in and show your name and picture in the game | Google (Google Play Games Services). The game reads it on your phone. | While you use Play Games with the game; Google keeps your profile under its own policy | Contract |
| Zombie Invasion 3D: leaderboard scores: Zombies Killed, Highest Level, Story Progress | To rank you on the game's leaderboards | Google (Google Play Games Services). Other players see your score with your Play Games name and picture, as your Play Games settings allow. | Until you delete your Play Games data for the game | Contract |
| Zombie Invasion 3D: achievements you unlock | To record the achievements you earn | Google (Google Play Games Services), visible as your Play Games settings allow | Until you delete your Play Games data for the game | Contract |
| Zombie Invasion 3D: Saved Games: a copy of your save and a short line about it (for example "LEVEL 14 - CHAPTER 8") | So you can carry on from where you were on another phone | Your own Google Drive, in a hidden app folder only this game can open | Until you delete it | Contract |
| Analytics: gameplay and usage events (for Plow Town: levels started, won and failed, stars, upgrades, plows and paints unlocked, rewards, which offers you were shown and which you watched, the ads shown and what they earned, purchases with their product and price, a frame-rate sample; for Zombie Arena 3D: opening the game and its home screen, tapping play, matches started and ended, revives, the name screen, connecting to our server, purchases with their product and price), an app-instance ID, phone model, Android version, language, app version, country or region (worked out from your IP address), sessions | To see how the games are played (where players get stuck, what is too hard, what breaks), to see what the ads and purchases earn, and to make the games better | Google (Google Analytics for Firebase). Plow Town's events are also copied to our own Google BigQuery project. | Event data for 2 months in Analytics; Plow Town's BigQuery copy up to 12 months. After that only totals that do not identify anyone. | Legitimate interests: understanding and improving the games. To object, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in Zombie Invasion 3D or Zombie Arena 3D; for Plow Town see section 16 |
| Zombie Arena 3D, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: your advertising ID, with the analytics events above | To measure our own ad campaigns for the game: which ones bring players who stay and buy, so we spend on those | Google (Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads) | Event data for 2 months in Analytics. Google Ads keeps its own reports under Google's retention periods. | Legitimate interests: knowing what our advertising does. To object, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in the game, or delete your advertising ID on your phone (how) |
| Crash reports: what the game was doing when it crashed (a stack trace and the last game events), where you were in the game (in Zombie Invasion 3D the chapter, district, level and screen; in Plow Town the level and the error; in Zombie Arena 3D the mode, the map, the connection to our server, the screen and the error), app version, phone model, Android version, the phone's state at that moment, an installation ID | To find and fix crashes | Google (Firebase Crashlytics) | 90 days | Legitimate interests: keeping the games working. To object, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in Zombie Invasion 3D or Zombie Arena 3D: it stops crash reports too; for Plow Town see section 16 |
| Zombie Arena 3D: performance reports: once for each minute of play, how smoothly the game ran (frames drawn and frames late, the time a frame took, the phone's graphics chip, the game's detail level, how hot the phone was, the frame rate aimed at), and Firebase's own measurements of start-up and screens, with an installation ID, the app version, phone model and Android version | To make the game run smoothly on more phones | Google (Firebase Performance Monitoring) | Under Firebase's own retention period; we keep no copy | Legitimate interests: keeping the game playable. The ANALYTICS switch does not stop these reports: see section 5 |
| Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town: Google's and Unity's ads libraries (they run once ads are allowed, even if you never watch an ad; Zombie Arena 3D has none): your advertising ID and app set ID (Unity also its own random ID for the game on your phone), your IP address (for your general location), the app and the phone (model, Android version, language), which ads were loaded, shown, watched and tapped, your consent choice, and diagnostics of the ads libraries | To show the games' ads, measure and pay for them, stop fraud and, only where you allow it, personalise them | Google (Google AdMob) and Unity Technologies (Unity Ads, when AdMob asks it for an ad). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, also the ad partners named in Google's consent message, if you agree to them. | Under Google's and Unity's own retention periods (for example, Google removes part of the IP address from ad logs after 9 months). We receive only totals. | Consent, where the law asks for it (the EEA, the UK, Switzerland); elsewhere legitimate interests: paying for the games with their ads |
| Plow Town: purchases: which products you bought (for example "No Ads") | To give you what you bought, on this phone and after a reinstall (Restore purchases) | Google Play takes the payment and tells the game what you own. Your card or payment details never reach us. Analytics records the product and its price. | In your Google Play order history for as long as Google keeps it; the record on your phone until you clear the game's data | Contract |
| Plow Town: reminders: the text and the time of a notification the game sets on your phone | To remind you to come back, if you allow notifications | Stays on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere. | Until the reminder is shown or cancelled | Your permission for notifications, where Android asks for it |
| Website visits: your IP address and the request (page, time, browser) | To deliver the website and protect it from attacks | Cloudflare, which delivers our website. Our own server keeps no logs of visitors. | As long as Cloudflare needs it for that, under its own policy | Legitimate interests: running a safe website |
| Emails you send us: your address, your name if you give it, what you write | To answer you and handle what you ask | Cloudflare Email Routing passes it on to our mailbox | As long as we need it to help you; deleted within 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law makes us keep it | Legitimate interests (answering you); legal obligation for privacy requests |
The legal bases are those of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (Article 6(1)(a) consent, (b) contract, (c) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interests) and of North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection, which follows it.
3Google Play Games
Zombie Invasion 3D works with Google Play Games Services (Plow Town and Zombie Arena 3D do not use it). If you have a Play Games profile on your phone, Google signs you in when the game starts. Through it the game:
- shows your Play Games display name and profile picture on the home screen, and uses your Play Games player ID to tell your scores, achievements and saves apart from everyone else's;
- posts your scores to three leaderboards: Zombies Killed, Highest Level and Story Progress;
- unlocks your achievements on Google Play;
- keeps a copy of your save in Saved Games (see Your saves).
Who sees your name, picture and scores, and whether you are signed in at all, is set in your Play Games settings, not by us. Google provides Play Games under its own privacy policy. The game plays the same without Play Games: only the leaderboards, the achievements on Google Play and the cloud copy need it.
4Google Analytics for Firebase
All three games use Google Analytics for Firebase to tell us how they are played. It records gameplay and usage events (for example opening the game, finishing a chapter or a level, a level up, how long a session lasts, and when you watch an ad and for which offer), together with a random app-instance ID for your installation of the game, your phone's model and Android version, and your country or region, which Google works out from your IP address. From this we see, in totals, where players get stuck, which parts are too hard and what goes wrong, and we use it to balance and fix the games. In Plow Town we also see what the ads and the purchases earn: the game tells our analytics when an ad was shown and what it was worth (without saying which ad it was), and which product was bought at what price. Zombie Arena 3D tells our analytics when you open the game and its home screen, tap play, start and end a match, get revived, see the screen for choosing your name, connect to our server or fail to, and buy something (the product, its price and currency, and where in the game you bought it).
- We do not give Google Analytics your name, your email address or your Play Games ID, nor, in Zombie Arena 3D, your player ID, tag, name or login, and nothing we send names a person: levels, chapters, districts, modes, maps, prices, seconds of play.
- In Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town, Analytics does not collect your Android advertising ID or Android's device ID (only the ads libraries use the advertising ID: section 6), and the games tell Analytics that its data may not be used for advertising.
- Zombie Arena 3D shows no ads, but we advertise the game on Google Ads. To see which campaigns bring players who stay and buy, its Analytics collects your advertising ID and passes the game's events to Google Ads. It never collects Android's device ID, and the game tells Analytics not to use its data to personalise ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and on a phone that names no region, the game tells Analytics that its data may not be used for advertising, and your advertising ID is not used. The game goes by your phone's region setting.
- Apart from measuring Zombie Arena 3D's campaigns, we do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- Event data stays in Analytics for 2 months. Plow Town's events are also exported to our own Google BigQuery project, where we keep them for up to 12 months to compare groups of players (for example, how many come back the next day, and what the ads earn per player). After that only totals that do not identify anyone remain.
- Uninstalling a game ends its app-instance ID; a new installation gets a new one.
- To stop it in Zombie Invasion 3D or Zombie Arena 3D, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in the game: no more analytics and no more crash reports are collected on that phone until you turn it back on (in Zombie Arena 3D the performance reports of section 5 go on). Plow Town has no such switch: section 16 says what you can do. What was already sent deletes itself at the end of the periods above and in section 5.
Google processes this data for us. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
5Firebase Crashlytics
When a game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report: what the game was doing at that moment (a stack trace, the error, and the last few game events before it), where you were in the game (in Zombie Invasion 3D the chapter, the district, your level and the screen; in Plow Town the level; in Zombie Arena 3D the mode, the map, the state of the connection to our server and the screen), the game's version, your phone's model and Android version, the phone's state at the moment of the crash (for example free memory and storage, and the screen's orientation), and a random installation ID. We use it only to find and fix the crash. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. In Zombie Invasion 3D and Zombie Arena 3D the same switch as for analytics, SETTINGS › ANALYTICS, stops crash reports on that phone (section 4).
Performance reports, in Zombie Arena 3D
Zombie Arena 3D also uses Firebase Performance Monitoring, because an online shooter has to run smoothly on many different phones. Once for each minute you play, it reports how the game ran in that minute: how many frames it drew and how many were late, how long a frame took, the name of the phone's graphics chip, the game's detail level, the frame rate it aimed at, and how hot the phone was. Firebase adds its own measurements, such as how long the game took to start, with a random installation ID, the game's version, your phone's model and Android version, and your country. Nothing in it names you. We use it only to make the game run better, and Google keeps it for Firebase's own period; we keep no copy. The ANALYTICS switch does not stop these reports in the current version of the game; uninstalling the game does, and ends its installation ID.
6Ads
Zombie Arena 3D shows no ads and has no ads library: this section is about Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town only. We do advertise Zombie Arena 3D itself: section 4 says what that means for your advertising ID.
In Zombie Invasion 3D the ads are:
- Rewarded ads, only when you tap for one: a free revive when you fall (you get up where you fell instead of paying in-game money, once in three minutes of play), double rewards (the daily supplies, what your camp gathered while you were away, a boss's loot, a quest's money), a free ammo refill at the camp, or double XP for ten minutes. The reward comes when the ad has played to the end.
- A full-screen ad at a few breaks in the story: when a road opens, when a chapter ends, or when you wake up at the base after falling. Never during a fight, never in a new game's first ten minutes of play, and never within four minutes of another ad or of the game's start.
Zombie Invasion 3D has no banners, and no ads when it starts or when you come back to it.
In Plow Town: Snow Clear, which is free to play and paid for with ads, the ads are:
- Full-screen ads between levels: after you finish a level, and sometimes after you fail one. Never while you are driving. The game shows a short "Next level" card first, and keeps a minimum time between two full-screen ads.
- A banner at the edge of the game's screens and, on phones that can take it, also while you play.
- An ad when you come back to the game after being away for about half a minute or more (never in your first session).
- Rewarded videos you choose to watch: for example to multiply a level's coins, to get fuel and keep going, to get an upgrade or a plow trial for free, to claim a new paint, to get extra keys in the Key Room, to double your overnight crew's coins, or to skip a level you keep failing. The reward comes when the video has played to the end. Nothing makes you watch one.
The No Ads purchase removes Plow Town's full-screen ads, the banner and the ad on return, for good; the rewarded videos stay, as a choice (section 7).
Who shows them
The ads come from Google AdMob, Google's ad network for apps, through Google's Mobile Ads library in the game. AdMob also asks Unity Ads, the ad network of Unity Technologies, for an ad, and shows whichever pays more (this is called mediation): in Zombie Invasion 3D since the game's version 1.0.28, in Plow Town from its first release. Unity's ads library is then in the game too. Whoever wins picks the ad and runs its service under its own privacy policy: Google's (see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services) or Unity's. We do not learn who you are or which ads you saw: AdMob and Unity show us only totals, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.
Your choice comes first
Each time a game starts, it asks Google's consent tool (the User Messaging Platform) whether the law where you are asks for your consent to ads, as it does in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If it does, Google's consent message appears before any ad is asked for, and you choose: agree, refuse, or decide purpose by purpose and partner by partner. Unity is among the partners it names, and gets your choice through it.
- If you agree, the ads may be personalised: chosen with what Google, Unity and the partners you agreed to know about your interests through your advertising ID.
- If you refuse, the ads are not personalised: they are chosen from the context, such as the game itself and your general location, not from a profile of you. If you also refuse that anything is stored on or read from your phone for ads, Google shows only "limited ads", which do not use your advertising ID for ads, or no ad at all.
- You can change your mind at any time: in Zombie Invasion 3D SETTINGS › PRIVACY (ADS), in Plow Town SETTINGS › PRIVACY OPTIONS, opens Google's message again, wherever Google offers one for your country or state. The button is not shown where Google has no message to show.
Where the law does not ask for consent, the ads may be personalised unless you turn that off on your phone (see Your advertising ID).
What the ads libraries collect
Once the game may ask for ads (after your answer, or straight away where no consent is needed), it starts Google's ads library, which loads ads in advance so that one is ready when you tap for it or when a break comes (and Unity's library answers AdMob's requests). So they talk to Google (and Unity) even if you never watch an ad. As Google and Unity describe their ads libraries, they collect:
- your phone's advertising ID and its app set ID (Unity also a random ID of its own for the game on your phone);
- your IP address, from which they estimate your general location;
- information about the app and the phone: the game and its version, the phone's model, Android version, language and screen;
- what happens with the ads: which ads were loaded and shown, whether you watched to the end, and taps;
- diagnostics: how the ads libraries perform, and their crashes.
They use this to deliver and measure the ads, to pay for them, to stop fraud and abuse, and, only if you allowed it, to personalise ads. Google lists it in full in its data disclosure for the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Not for children, and nothing for adults only
The two games with ads tell AdMob (and through it Unity) that they are not directed at children. Zombie Invasion 3D asks for ads suitable for teenagers and older at most; Plow Town asks for ads rated for general audiences or parental guidance at most. Neither shows ads rated for mature audiences only.
Your advertising ID
The advertising ID is a number Android gives your phone for ads, and you control it, not us. In your phone's settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads, depending on the phone) you can delete it, after which apps get no advertising ID and ads are no longer personalised with it, or reset it to a new one. In Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town only Google's (and Unity's) ads libraries read it: our own code, Analytics and Crashlytics do not. Zombie Arena 3D has no ads library: there only Analytics reads it, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland (section 4), and our own code still does not.
7Purchases
In Plow Town
Plow Town sells a few one-time purchases: No Ads, a starter pack, and paint jobs for your plows. You can earn every paint by playing, and the purchases only make it yours sooner; plows are never sold. Payment goes through Google Play, under Google's terms and privacy policy: your card or other payment details go to Google and never to us, and refunds are handled by Google Play.
After a purchase, Google Play tells the game which products you own, so that the game can unlock them. Restore purchases in the game's settings asks Google Play again, so that you get your purchases back after a reinstall or on a new phone with the same Google account. The game does not send your purchases to any server of ours. Our analytics records that a purchase happened, with its product and price, and nothing that names you.
In Zombie Arena 3D
Zombie Arena 3D is free to play and has no ads; it is paid for with purchases through Google Play: gem packs (gems can only be bought, and the first purchase of each pack gives twice the gems), a one-time starter kit, and the Survivor Pass of a season, which you can also get for gems. Gems buy outfits and gun skins, gold, serum, the weekly bundle, the pass, and crates, which hold random rewards: the game shows their odds before you buy or open one. Payment goes through Google Play, under Google's terms and privacy policy: your card or other payment details go to Google and never to us.
After you pay, the game sends Google's purchase token to our server. The server asks Google whether the purchase is real, gives you what you bought exactly once, and keeps a record of it: the product, the time, the token, Google's order number, the country Google gives for the purchase, its state, and what you were given. Every hour it also asks Google which purchases were refunded or charged back, and takes back what those purchases gave (gems, gold and serum, down to zero; the kit's outfit; the pass). What you buy belongs to your Zombie Arena 3D account, not to the phone: you keep it when you log in on another phone, and you lose it if you delete the account. Our analytics records the product, its price and currency, and nothing that names you. When you delete your account, the purchase records stay with no player ID, for questions about refunds and fraud.
Zombie Invasion 3D sells nothing for real money.
8Zombie Arena 3D: your account and our server
Zombie Arena 3D is played online, with and against other people, so unlike our other two games it keeps your profile on our own server. It does not use Google Play Games.
Your account
- There is no sign-up. The first time the game connects, our server makes a guest account: a random player ID, and a secret key that your phone keeps to sign you in (our server stores only a hash of it, from which the key cannot be worked out). Your account also gets a player tag, which other players see, and which friends use to find you.
- Until you choose a name, the game calls you "Survivor" and three digits. After your first match it offers you a name of your own choosing (you can say not now); other players see it, and the terms say which names are not allowed. You accept the terms when you choose your first name.
- To keep your account on another phone, you can save it with a login (not your name) and a password. The game then shows you a recovery code, once. Our server keeps the password and the recovery code only as hashes, never in plain text, and never writes them, or your secret key, to a log. Logging in on another phone signs the first one out.
- We do not ask for your email address, your real name, your phone number or your Google account, and the game asks for no access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.
- On your phone the game keeps its settings, and your player ID, key and name, so that it can sign you back in.
What our server keeps
- Your account (above) and your game: trophies and your best trophies, gold, gems and serum, your heroes and their levels, outfits, gun skins and what you wear, titles, crates, quests, the Survivor Pass, the shop's offers and the daily gifts, and your totals (wins, losses, takedowns, zombies killed, your best streak).
- A record of every reward you got and of the random roll behind it: the server rolls every crate itself, so nobody can tamper with the odds.
- Your matches: the mode, the map, your hero and team, the result, your takedowns, the zombies you killed, the damage you did and the health you won back.
- Your friends, the friend requests you sent and got, and the players you blocked.
- The players you reported (for their name, for cheating, for standing still, or for something else).
- Your purchases (section 7).
- Your country, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address (or, if it cannot, your phone's region setting), your phone's language, and your phone's model, which keeps Google's test devices off the leaderboards.
- Your IP address only while you are connected: our server uses it to keep the connection and to limit log-ins and abuse from one address, and neither stores nor logs it.
- A short log of what the server does, to find faults and abuse. It names players by name and tag (for example when they connect, join a match or send a report), never holds IP addresses, passwords or keys, and is overwritten as it fills.
What other players see
The players in your matches see your name, player tag, hero, outfit, country and trophies. Anyone who opens your player card sees your name and tag, your trophies and best trophies, your hero, its level and outfit, your title, frame and country, and your totals (matches, wins, losses, draws, takedowns, best streak). The leaderboards (global, country and weekly) show your rank, name, tag, hero, country and trophies, and their top 50 are also public on the web, so that our website can show them. Bots, Google's test devices, deleted accounts and players with fewer than three matches never appear on the leaderboards. Your friends also see whether you are online, in a match or offline. When you block a player, their name is hidden on your screens, and the game keeps the two of you out of the same match when it can. We look at reports, and may act on them as the terms say.
There is no text or voice chat: the voices you hear are the heroes' own recorded lines, and the game never uses your microphone. When there are not enough players, bots fill the empty seats: computer players with names, tags and player cards like a person's.
Where the server is, and how long it keeps things
- Our server runs on a machine we rent from Vultr in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, behind Cloudflare. If we add match servers closer to players in other parts of the world, they only play the matches: they keep no profiles, and send each result back to the main server.
- Your account and everything with it stay until you delete your account. A guest that never finished a match is forgotten an hour after it last connected.
- When you delete your account, it goes at once with your game, your friends, your leaderboard places and your blocks. The records of past matches, of rewards and their rolls, of purchases and of the reports you made stay, because the other players' results, refunds and checks against cheating need them, but they keep no player ID or name; reports about you lose your name. The server's backups age out within 30 days.
- Analytics, crash reports and performance reports work as in sections 4 and 5. Zombie Arena 3D has no ads.
Deleting your account
In the game: tap your name on the home screen, then PROFILE › DELETE ACCOUNT, and type DELETE. No game at hand? Write to us: Delete your data has every step.
9Reminders in Plow Town
Plow Town can remind you to come back with a notification: at most one a day, about 20 to 22 hours after you last played, on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day after you installed it, and after that only after a day you played. The reminders are made on your phone by Android's alarm clock, and nothing about them is sent to us or to anyone else. On Android 13 and later the game asks for your permission after you have played a few levels; you can say no, and you can switch the reminders off at any time in Settings › Apps › Plow Town › Notifications.
10Your saves
On your phone
Zombie Invasion 3D saves your progress in a file in its private storage on your phone: your level, money, items, weapons, quests, achievements, statistics and settings. Plow Town does the same with your level, coins, keys, upgrades, plows, paints, stars, settings, a record of your purchases, and counters it uses for its ads and reminders, and it shows a random Support ID of eight letters and digits, made when you first start the game. The Support ID stays on your phone and names nobody: if you write to us for help, you can send it. Other apps cannot read these files, and they are not sent to us. Plow Town also switches off Android's automatic backup, so they are not copied to your Google account either. Clearing a game's data or uninstalling it deletes them; in Plow Town your purchases then come back with Restore purchases, but your progress does not.
Zombie Arena 3D keeps your progress on our server instead (section 8). On your phone it keeps only its settings, and your player ID, key and name. Clearing its data or uninstalling it does not delete your account: if you saved the account with a login, you get it back by logging in again.
None of the games asks for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files. Zombie Invasion 3D connects to the internet for Google Play Games, Firebase and the ads; Plow Town for Firebase, Google Play and the ads; Zombie Arena 3D for our server, Firebase and Google Play. Zombie Arena 3D also checks on your phone whether Zombie Invasion 3D is installed, so that it can open it for you; it tells no one.
In the cloud, with Play Games (Zombie Invasion 3D only)
If you are signed in to Play Games, Zombie Invasion 3D also keeps a copy of your save in Saved Games, with a short line describing it (for example "LEVEL 14 - CHAPTER 8"). Saved Games stores it in your own Google Drive, in a hidden app folder that only this game can open (Google's drive.appdata permission): the game cannot see anything else in your Drive. On a new phone, the game offers to continue from this copy. You can delete it at any time (here is how). Plow Town has no cloud save.
11This website
srggaming.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no ads, no trackers and no third-party scripts: its fonts, pictures and videos all come from our own server. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to agree to.
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Like any network that carries a website, Cloudflare sees your IP address and the usual details of each request (the page, the time, your browser), and uses them to deliver the site and keep attacks away, as our service provider and under its privacy policy. Our own server sits behind Cloudflare and keeps no logs of visitors.
12When you write to us
Mail to [email protected] and [email protected] is passed on to our mailbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your address and what you write only to answer you and to handle what you ask. We keep the conversation as long as we need it to help you, and delete it within 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law makes us keep it longer (for example a record that we handled a privacy request).
13What we never do
- In Zombie Invasion 3D we never show an ad during a fight: no banners, none at the start, and none on this website. The only ads you do not ask for are the full-screen ones at a few breaks (section 6). Plow Town is a different game: it shows the ads described in section 6, and never while you are driving. Zombie Arena 3D shows no ads at all.
- Nothing in Zombie Invasion 3D is sold for real money: its shop sells for the money you find and earn in it. Plow Town's and Zombie Arena 3D's purchases are the ones in section 7, through Google Play.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we give it to no data brokers.
- Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town have no account system of ours: no passwords, no profiles kept by us, no sign-in of our own. Zombie Arena 3D, which is played online, has its own account on our server (section 8). None of the games has chat or user-made content, apart from the name you choose in Zombie Arena 3D.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites. (Google's and Unity's ads may use your advertising ID to personalise the ads in the games, if you allow it: section 6. Zombie Arena 3D's analytics uses it only to measure our own campaigns: section 4.)
If we ever add an account to another game, a cloud save, chat, ads in Zombie Arena 3D, another ad network or other kinds of purchases, we will change this policy before that version of a game is released.
14Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13. Zombie Invasion 3D has zombie violence and blood throughout. Plow Town has no violence, but it shows ads and sells things for real money, and we made it for players 13 and over. Zombie Arena 3D is played online with strangers, has gunfights between heroes and zombies with blood, and sells things for real money, crates of random rewards among them; it is not made for children either. The two games with ads tell Google's ads so. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In some countries (in the European Union, between 13 and 16) the age at which you can agree to the use of your data for personalised ads is higher than 13: if you are younger than that, please ask a parent or guardian before you play, and choose "no" to personalised ads in the consent message. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it (for Zombie Arena 3D, send the player tag, and we will delete the account).
15Where your data goes
We are in North Macedonia. The services we use are run by Google LLC (Play Games Services, Firebase, BigQuery, AdMob, Google Play), Unity Technologies (Unity Ads), Cloudflare, Inc. and Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC, which rents us the machine in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on which Zombie Arena 3D's server runs), all based in the United States and working in many countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Google and Cloudflare take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and offer the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Unity offers those clauses or takes part in that framework. These are the safeguards for transfers out of the EU and the UK. Zombie Arena 3D's server and its data stay in the Netherlands, in the EU. If you agree to them in Google's consent message, the ad partners named there also receive ad data. We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
16Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or North Macedonia, the law gives you the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- restrict how it is used;
- receive it in a portable form (portability);
- object to uses based on our legitimate interests: in Zombie Invasion 3D and Zombie Arena 3D, for analytics and crash reports, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in the game, and no more of them is collected on that phone (Zombie Arena 3D's performance reports go on until you uninstall the game); in Plow Town, which has no such switch, write to us (see below) or uninstall the game, which ends its installation ID;
- withdraw your consent to ads at any time, in the game's SETTINGS › PRIVACY (ADS) (Plow Town: PRIVACY OPTIONS; Zombie Arena 3D has no ads); this does not undo what was done before;
- complain to a data protection authority: the one where you live or work, or North Macedonia's Personal Data Protection Agency.
Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. If we need to check that a request is really yours, we will ask, but we will never ask for a password. For Zombie Arena 3D, tell us your player tag (the game shows it with your name), and we can find your account and everything our server keeps with it; to check that the account is yours we may ask for something only its owner knows, such as its recovery code. You can also change your name and delete the account yourself, in the game. Some of your data we cannot pick out from your name or email: analytics and crash reports are tied to a random installation ID, not to you, so we cannot tell which of them are yours unless you tell us what to look for (Plow Town's Support ID does not help with that, because it is never sent to analytics). The sure ways to end them on your phone are the ANALYTICS switch in Zombie Invasion 3D's and Zombie Arena 3D's settings, and, in any of the games, uninstalling it, which ends the ID; what was already sent deletes itself at the end of the periods above. The ad data is held by Google and Unity, which answer for it under their own policies. Our own records end by themselves at the end of the periods above, except Zombie Arena 3D's account, which stays until you delete it.
17California and other US states
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing", and not to be treated differently for using these rights. The categories involved are the ones in the table above: identifiers (your Play Games player ID, Zombie Arena 3D's player ID, tag, name and login, installation IDs, your advertising ID and app set ID, your IP address), internet and app activity (gameplay events, matches, friends, reports and blocks, ad interactions, purchases, crash and performance reports), approximate location (country or region) and device information. They come from you and your phone, and they go to Google, Unity, Cloudflare and our own server at Vultr for the purposes in the table.
We do not sell personal information for money. When Google or Unity personalise the ads in the games with your advertising ID, California law may call that "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (how), and use SETTINGS › PRIVACY (ADS) (Plow Town: PRIVACY OPTIONS) in the game where it offers Google's privacy message for your state. Measuring our own Zombie Arena 3D campaigns with your advertising ID (section 4) may count as "sharing" too: to opt out, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in that game or delete your advertising ID. We collect no sensitive personal information. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights. To use any of them, write to [email protected]; someone you authorise may write for you.
18How to delete your data
- On your phone: uninstall the game, or clear its data in your phone's settings for the app. In Plow Town that removes your progress and the game's counters.
- Zombie Arena 3D's account: in the game, PROFILE › DELETE ACCOUNT, then type DELETE. It removes your account and your game from our server at once; what stays, with no name, is in section 8. Uninstalling the game does not delete the account.
- Zombie Arena 3D's purchases: what you bought lives in your account and goes with it; your order history stays in Google Play.
- Plow Town's purchases: they belong to your Google account and are kept by Google Play. Deleting the game does not delete them, and you get them back with Restore purchases. Refunds and your order history are in Google Play.
- Play Games (Zombie Invasion 3D): in your Google Play Games settings, choose Delete Play Games account & data, then delete the data of Zombie Invasion 3D (its achievements, scores and saved games), or your whole Play Games profile.
- Only the cloud copy of Zombie Invasion 3D's save: in Google Drive on a computer, open Settings › Manage apps, find Zombie Invasion 3D, and choose Options › Delete hidden app data.
- Analytics and crash reports: in Zombie Invasion 3D or Zombie Arena 3D turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS, and no more of them is collected on that phone; in any of the games, uninstalling ends the installation ID. What was already sent deletes itself: analytics event data after 2 months (Plow Town's BigQuery copy after up to 12), crash reports after 90 days, Zombie Arena 3D's performance reports at the end of Firebase's own period.
- Ads: change your choice in the game's SETTINGS › PRIVACY (ADS) (Plow Town: PRIVACY OPTIONS), and delete or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Google and Unity keep their ad data under their own retention periods. Zombie Arena 3D shows no ads; to stop its campaign measuring, turn off SETTINGS › ANALYTICS in the game or delete your advertising ID.
- Plow Town's reminders: switch them off in Android's notification settings for the game.
- Anything else: write to [email protected].
Step by step, with what each one removes: Delete your data.
19Keeping it safe
Data travels between the games, our server, Google, Unity and Cloudflare encrypted (HTTPS, or TLS); Zombie Arena 3D talks to our server over an encrypted WebSocket connection, through Cloudflare. Our server keeps Zombie Arena 3D's secret keys, passwords and recovery codes only as hashes. The website is served over HTTPS only. The saves on the phone sit in the games' private storage, out of reach of other apps. We keep as little as we can, for as short a time as we can.
20Changes to this policy
When a game or the website changes the way it uses personal data, for example if we add an account, a cloud save, another ad network or website analytics, we update this policy before that version is released, and change the date at the top of this page. Ask us and we will send you an earlier version.
1 November 2026: Zombie Arena 3D still shows no ads, but its analytics now uses your advertising ID outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, to measure our own ad campaigns for the game (the short version, and sections 2, 4, 6, 13, 17 and 18).
31 October 2026: the policy now covers Zombie Arena 3D, an online game with an account on our own server, purchases through Google Play, and no ads (the new section 8, and sections 1, 2, 4 to 7, 10 and 13 to 19; the sections from the old 8 on are numbered one higher).
31 October 2026: Unity Ads also serves the ads in Plow Town: Snow Clear, through Google AdMob, from its first release (sections 1, 2, 6 and 14).
30 October 2026: the policy now covers Plow Town: Snow Clear, a free game with ads and one-time purchases through Google Play (sections 2 to 9 and 12 to 17).
22 October 2026: Unity Ads now also serves the ads in Zombie Invasion 3D, through Google AdMob, from the game's version 1.0.28 (section 6).
17 October 2026: section 6 now also describes the full-screen ads Zombie Invasion 3D shows at a few breaks in the story.
