1About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and SRG Gaming, a game studio in North Macedonia (SRG D.O.O.E.L., Skopje; "we", "us"), for the mobile games Zombie Invasion 3D, Plow Town: Snow Clear and Zombie Arena 3D (the "games"; "the game" means any of them) and the website srggaming.com. By installing or playing a game you accept them; if you do not, please do not play it. Zombie Arena 3D also asks you to accept them when you choose your first name. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. When you get a game from Google Play, Google Play's own terms apply to that as well.
2Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the games on devices you own or control, and to play them for your own entertainment, under these terms.
You may not sell, rent, lend or sublicense a game, copy it for others, or put it, or anything taken out of it, on another store or website. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify a game, except where the law allows it in spite of this.
3Playing fair
The leaderboards, the achievements and the matches only mean something if everyone plays the same game. So please do not:
- cheat, use bots, macros, or hacked or modified versions of a game, or edit your save, to change your scores, achievements, progress or purchases;
- use bugs or exploits to get ahead; if you find one, tell us at [email protected] and you have our thanks;
- in Zombie Arena 3D: agree results with other players, or let an account win on purpose; stand still or leave matches to collect rewards; play on someone else's account; make more accounts to get around a ban or to climb the leaderboards;
- use a game or Google Play to get purchases or rewards you did not pay or watch for, for example through a fraudulent chargeback;
- disturb or overload the services and servers the games use, or try to get into them in ways they do not allow;
- use the games for anything unlawful.
We may remove scores, achievements, trophies, coins, gold, gems or items that we have good reason to believe were not earned fairly.
4Your Zombie Arena 3D account
Zombie Arena 3D makes a guest account for you the first time it connects, and your phone keeps its key. You can save the account with a login and a password; the game then shows you a recovery code, once.
- Keep your password and your recovery code to yourself: whoever has them can play your account. We will never ask you for your password.
- Without a saved account, uninstalling the game or clearing its data loses the account, with everything in it, and we cannot bring it back. With a saved account, log in again; if you have lost both the password and the recovery code, we may not be able to give the account back.
- An account is for one person: do not sell, share, lend or buy accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game (PROFILE › DELETE ACCOUNT) or by writing to us. Deleting it also deletes what you bought in it. Our privacy policy says what that removes.
5Names
Other players see the name you choose in Zombie Arena 3D, so it must not:
- insult, threaten, harass or shame anyone;
- carry hate against people for who they are, slurs, or sexual words;
- give away your own or anyone else's personal information, such as a full name, a phone number or an address;
- pretend to be someone else, SRG Gaming or its staff, a moderator, or another company or game (names such as SRG Gaming, moderator and Supercell are kept back);
- advertise anything, or point to a website or an account elsewhere;
- break the law or anyone's rights.
The game filters names, but filters miss things. If a name breaks these rules, we may change it to a neutral one (a rename that cost gold is not given back) and, if it happens again, act as section 6 says. Your first name is free; a later one costs gold.
When there are not enough people looking for a match, bots fill the empty seats. They are computer players, with names, tags and player cards like a person's.
6Reports, blocks and bans
In Zombie Arena 3D you can report a player (for their name, for cheating, for standing still, or for something else) and block them: their name is then hidden on your screens, and the game keeps the two of you out of the same match when it can. We look at reports and at what our server records of the matches. When someone breaks these terms, we may, depending on how serious it is and how often it happens:
- warn them, or change their name;
- take away trophies, gold, gems, items or rewards that were not earned fairly, and take them off the leaderboards;
- keep them out of matches for a while;
- close their account for good.
If we act on your account and you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] with your player tag, and we will look at it again. Reporting players falsely, again and again, is itself against these terms.
7In-game money and items
The games' money, coins, gold, gems, serum, scrap, ammunition, med kits, weapons, upgrades, keys, items, plows, paints, heroes, outfits, gun skins, crates, passes, trophies and rewards exist only in the games. They have no value in real money, even the ones you paid for: they cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, sold, or transferred to anyone else, inside or outside the games. What you get is a licence to use them in the game, and we may change or rebalance them in updates to keep the games fair and fun.
The crates of Zombie Arena 3D hold random rewards. You can buy them with gems (which you buy with real money: section 8), and the Survivor Pass and other rewards give them too. The game shows the odds of what a crate holds before you buy or open one, and our server rolls every crate itself.
Some rewards can be had by watching an ad, if you choose to: in Zombie Invasion 3D a free revive, double rewards, a free ammo refill or double XP for a while; in Plow Town for example more coins from a level, fuel to keep going, a free upgrade, a plow trial, a new paint, extra keys, double crew coins or a skipped level. The reward comes when the ad has played to the end; ads are not always available, and like everything else in the games these rewards have no value in real money. We may change these offers or stop them. Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town also show full-screen ads, and Plow Town a banner and an ad when you come back to it (see our privacy policy). Zombie Arena 3D has no ads.
Nothing in Zombie Invasion 3D is sold for real money today. If we ever sell anything there, we will update these terms first, and the price and the terms of the purchase will be shown to you before you buy.
8Purchases
Plow Town and Zombie Arena 3D are free to download and play, and sell optional purchases through Google Play. The price, in your currency and with the taxes Google Play adds, is shown by Google Play before you pay, and you pay Google, not us.
In Plow Town
Plow Town sells one-time purchases: No Ads, a Starter Pack, and paint jobs.
- What you get. No Ads removes the game's full-screen ads, its banner and its ad on return, for good; the rewarded videos you choose to watch stay. The Starter Pack gives you three paints and 1,500 coins, once. A paint makes that paint yours, on every plow. The coins in the Starter Pack are in-game money like any other (section 7). Plows are not sold: you unlock them by playing. Every paint can also be earned in the game.
- They stay with your Google account. A purchase is tied to the Google account that made it. Restore purchases in the game's settings gives it back after a reinstall or on a new phone with the same account. We cannot restore a purchase for an account that did not make it.
In Zombie Arena 3D
Zombie Arena 3D sells gem packs, a starter kit and the Survivor Pass.
- What you get. A gem pack adds its gems to your account; the first time you buy each pack, it gives twice the gems. The starter kit, once for each account, gives gems, gold, serum and an epic outfit. The Survivor Pass (Survivor or Survivor+) opens the paid rewards of the current season's pass, which you earn by playing during that season; you can also get it for gems. Gems are in-game money like any other (section 7): with them you can buy outfits, gun skins, gold, serum, crates, the pass and other offers in the game's shop.
- They stay with your account. Our server checks each purchase with Google, then adds what you bought to your Zombie Arena 3D account, once. Save your account with a login to keep it on another phone (section 4). If you delete your account, or lose an account you did not save, what you bought goes with it, and we cannot bring it back.
- A refund takes it back. If Google refunds a purchase, or it is charged back, the game takes back what that purchase gave: its gems, gold and serum (down to zero), the kit's outfit, or the pass.
In both games
- Refunds. Google Play handles them under its own terms and refund policy. Nothing here takes away a right of withdrawal or refund that consumer law gives you where you live. If something you bought does not work, write to [email protected].
- Prices and offers. We may change prices, and add, change or stop offering a purchase. A purchase you already made stays yours: in Plow Town as long as the game runs on your phone, in Zombie Arena 3D as long as the game and your account exist.
9Your progress
Zombie Invasion 3D saves your progress on your phone. If you uninstall the game or clear its data without a copy in Google Play Games Saved Games, your progress is gone, and we have no copy to restore it from. Signing in to Google Play Games keeps a copy in your Google account (see the privacy policy).
Plow Town saves your progress on your phone only: there is no cloud save, and Android's automatic backup is switched off for it. If you uninstall it or clear its data, your progress is gone for good, and we have no copy to restore it from; your purchases come back with Restore purchases (section 8).
Zombie Arena 3D keeps your progress on our server, with your account (section 4). If you delete the account, your progress is gone for good.
10Google Play, Play Games and the ads
The games are distributed through Google Play. Zombie Invasion 3D's leaderboards, achievements and cloud saves run on Google Play Games Services; the purchases of Plow Town and Zombie Arena 3D run on Google Play. The ads in Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town come from Google AdMob and, through it, Unity Ads; Zombie Arena 3D has none. Those services are provided by Google and Unity under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them, the content of the ads, or how long they keep the services running. If an ad breaks a rule or bothers you, tell us at [email protected] and we will block it if we can.
11Updates and availability
We keep working on the games: updates may add, change or remove content and features, and some features may need the latest version. We do not promise that the games will always be available, run on every device, or be free of bugs, and we may stop offering them. If we do, Zombie Invasion 3D and Plow Town keep working on your phone as long as your phone runs them, and Plow Town's purchases stay available through Restore purchases for as long as Google Play allows it.
Zombie Arena 3D is played on our servers: its matches, accounts and purchases work only while they run. We may take them down for maintenance, and a match can end early when a connection or a server fails. When not enough people are looking for a match, bots fill the empty seats. If we ever close Zombie Arena 3D for good, we will say so in the game and on srggaming.com in advance.
12Age and content
Zombie Invasion 3D has zombie violence and blood all the way through, and in its last world people fight people. In Zombie Arena 3D players fight each other's heroes and the zombies, with blood, online, with and against people they do not know, and it sells things for real money, crates of random rewards among them. Plow Town has no violence, but it shows ads and sells things for real money. None of the games is directed at children under 13, and we made Plow Town for players 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you, and to any purchase.
13What is ours
The games and the website, with their story, characters, pictures, videos, sounds, music, logos and code, belong to SRG Gaming or to those who license them to us. Some parts are used under open licences, named in the games' credits and on our about page. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 2. Journalists and creators may use our press kit and Plow Town's store art on its page to write about the games.
14Videos and streams
You may record, stream and share videos and screenshots of yourself playing the games, and earn from them on video and streaming platforms, as long as you do not suggest that they come from us or that we endorse you, and you do not share the games' files.
15No promises beyond the law
We make the games with care, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
16Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, data or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the games, if anything, in the twelve months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
17Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling a game, and delete your Zombie Arena 3D account at any time (section 4). If you seriously break these terms, your licence to play ends, and we may close your Zombie Arena 3D account (section 6). Sections 7, 13, 15, 16 and 19 still apply after that.
18Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the games or the law change. The date at the top shows the version in force. If a change matters to you, we will put it on this page before it takes effect; if you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
31 October 2026: the terms now cover Zombie Arena 3D too, with its account, names, reports and bans (the new sections 4 to 6), its gems and crates (section 7), its purchases through Google Play (section 8), and its servers (sections 9 to 12 and 17); the sections from the old 4 on are numbered three higher.
31 October 2026: Unity Ads, through Google AdMob, serves ads in Plow Town too (section 7).
30 October 2026: the terms now cover Plow Town: Snow Clear, with its purchases through Google Play (section 5), and say that in-game coins can be part of a purchase (section 4).
22 October 2026: the terms now name Unity Ads beside Google AdMob (section 7).
19Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, and disputes go to the competent courts of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Before any of that, please write to us: most problems can be solved by email.
